Conditions for submission:

• Offers shall be submitted in three envelopes (technical envelope, financial envelope, and company envelope). The envelopes are sealed and closed tightly.

• All documents in the envelopes must be stamped and signed with the official supplier’s stamp and signature along with envelopes itself to ensure they are sealed

the supplier’s name, company, Tenders name and number and phone number must write on the envelope from outside.

• Close the envelope tightly with a glue or wax adhesive and seal and sign the place to seal the envelope.

• The supplier’s signature should be over all docs related to the tender.

• Any offer that does not contain all the attachments and papers filled out and sealed is rejected

  • Tender deposit of 4000$ shall be paid by Interested vendors in order to accept their bids, and it shall be refunded after supplier selection for the vendors that have not been accepted.

With the lingering war, its bitter reality and unprecedented level of agony, winter approaches again to cast its long shadow over the IDPs camps in northern Syria, add to the existing natural disasters there and weigh heavily on their IDPs.

Hence, and in cooperation with AFAD (Republic of Turkey Ministry of Interior Disaster and Emergency Management Authority), the IMU of the ACU issues its “Northern Syria Camps DYNAMO Report”.

This report reflects the conditions of 320 camps assessed in Aleppo and Idleb governorates by covering multiple sectors and relevant details and circumstances and supporting them with visualized figures and shapes to maximize the impact of the response, perfect its timeliness and proportionality with the size of needs and numbers of IDPs and prevent the risks of the many disasters which taken many lives and added to their tragedies.

The report includes general information on the camps, their residents and suffered difficulties in winter 2019, in addition to the status of the WASH, food security and health sectors and winterization needs there. The report is concluded with some recommendations based on comparing the conditions of those camps with the Sphere Project standards.

Given the ACU’s role in coordination, communication and consolidation of efforts, a meeting was held with a delegation headed by eng. Muhammad Saeed Sulaiman, Minister of Local Administration and Services in the Syrian Interim Government.
After Mouhamad Hassno, the CEO, welcomed the delegation and wished them the best of luck and success, the discussion moved to the ways of strengthening and coordinating efforts, developing the criteria and policies of action and inviting all actors and institutions to participate in setting a plan that contributes to rising with the sector of local administration, services and agriculture and developing sectoral platforms involving institutions and organizations actively working in every sector to set action and response plans that meet the needs.

The Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to the State of Qatar, Nizar Hasan Al-Haraki, paid an official visit to the Assistance Coordination Unit, where he met with its CEO and the managers of its departments and programs and listened to a detailed explanation on the ACU’s works and activities over the previous period and its plans and projects in the forthcoming period.
The Ambassador gave an overview of the Syrian embassy in Qatar, its services for the Syrian community and advocacy for the causes of the Syrian people through his communications with ambassadors and states’ representatives present in the State of Qatar.

Through collaboration between Turks Abroad and Related Communities (Yurtdışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığı/YTB), Council of Higher Education (Yükseköğretim Kurulu/YÖK), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and TRT World, and active participation by Turkish associations and organizations concerned with refugees and foreigners’ affairs and the ACU, a conference on “Higher Education for Students under International Protection” was organized. The conference aimed at shedding the light on higher education, difficulties suffered by students under international protection, especially Syrian students, as well as their success stories despite the war and asylum conditions.


Abdullah Eren, President of YTB, pointed to the graduate students’ important role in building their countries upon their return. Eren also indicated that students from 170 countries are receiving education under Turkish scholarships offered by YTB, and by support from the UNHCR in Turkey and the EU, scholarships are offered to students under international protection.


The UNHCR representative in Turkey, Katharina Lumpp, noted that Turkey is considered as a good example for other states to follow in terms of higher education for students under international protection.
