اسم المشروع: توريد مواد مخبرية

تدعو وحدة تنسيق الدعم المزودين أصحاب الخبرة في العمل مع المنظمات الإنسانية لتقديم عروض أسعار بالظرف المختوم من اجل توريد مواد مخبرية في محافظة ادلب وفق الشروط والمواصفات المطلوبة

شروط التقديم:

  • تقدم العروض ضمن ثلاثة مظاريف (ظرف فني وظرف مالي وظرف الشركة) تكون الظروف مختومة ومغلقة بإحكام.
  • يجب أن تكون كافة الأوراق الموجود في الظرف ممهورة وموقعة بختم المزود الرسمي كما ويختم الظرف نفسه لتأكيد اغلاقه ويكتب على الظرف من الخارج اسم المزود وشركته ورقم هاتفه واسم ورقم المناقصة بريده الالكتروني.
  • إغلاق الظرف بإحكام بمادة لاصقة من الصمغ أو الشمع والختم والتوقيع على مكان اغلاق الظرف.
  • يجب على المورد الانتباه الى أن التوقيع يجب أن يكون متطابق على كافة الوثائق المتعلقة بالمناقصة.
  • يعتبر أي عرض لا يحتوي على كافة الملحقات والأوراق مملوءة ومختومة مرفوضاً.
  • يجب على الموردين المهتمين دفع مبلغ تامين المناقصة البالغ 1000 دولار امريكي ليتم قبول عروضهم وسيتم اعادته بعد اختيار الموردين غير المقبولين
